I have a hip that is bone on bone also has 3 bone spurs. I stood up to go to another room and couldn't put any weight on it. I am currently on a walker. If the hip is broken, can I still walk on it with a small amount of weight ?

Yes, in impacted fracture neck of femur, patient can actually walk but it is not advisable . Rest has to be taken for 4-6 weeks else fracture will not unite.
