Are broiler chicken benefits same as country chicken. For iron to Anemia patient (Diabetic) with very low hemoglobin(6.2 g/dl) is broiler chicken liver ideal and what else should be given in diet to increase hemoglobin. Note: Red Meat is not allowed as doctor has a suspect for CKD but have told us to keep diet normal as CKD is still not ruled out.
