Breathlessness
I have on and off breathlessness. Though my oxygen levels are intact 97-98 with normal X Ray and Spirometery. I can walk and talk as well. I don't have any nasal congestion. I never had an asthma. But My IGE levels are 350. Can allergic rhinitis cause only breathlessness? I don't have any other symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Normal IgE ranges from 100-300 but it may vary up to 500 in some cases which is considered normal. Why are you very specific about IgE which is just above higher normal range.
