I am having a kind of depression pls help me . Due to some past mistakes i m now feeling very guilty and blaming myself

Follow simple breathing techniques Intake deeply and exhale slowly. Follow this 20 times 3 times a day. Will help you come out of guilty feeling. Drink 4 litres of water daily.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If he is feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
