Breathing pattern
Hi, I generally do little deep breathing when i am at rest like sitting or lying down. Is it normal? When i walk my breath becomes little shallow or shorter breaths. Means my inhale and exhale time becomes little short. Is it normal? Please help Thanks

Appears to be due to stress. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment. Pl do pranayama and Lung exercises with Respirometer.
