Breathing issue
My wife having a breathing problem when she is facing some kind of shocking incident . She is having head spinning and also having low BP 100/70 . Here attached with CBC report .please advise She was taking medicine of HISTAFREE-M and AMIXIDE-H for breathing issues

Any issues that occur after facing difficult situations will need counselling. There might not be any physical cause and counselling may suffice. She should be worked up for anemia and treated, follow healthy diet, yoga and exercises. Consult with a psychologist for more help.
