Breathing issue
My Mom aged 73 having an severe breathing issue and currently on Bipap support. Her lungs are and filled with fluids. If we removes the bipap she can't breathe properly and O2 level goes below 85. Kindly suggest

Kindly rule out cause of Bipap, if it’s cardiac issue ask cardiologist to increase diuretic dosa and balance electrolytes with it If it’s OSA + Lung issues then Bipap overnight + Daytime O2
