Hi sir, My son age is 17 month old he have breathing problems and heavy cold and cough . Which medicine need to take please suggest.wainting for valuable reply

You can start Syp. Sinarest for 3 days. Also Syp relent twice a day. Give warm water for drink. No benefits  then consult
