The pain in the lungs was causing me to breathe The chest itself is jumping while the speed breakers are jumping while riding the bike Can be painful Can't walk very far Fatigue comes on the heels of climbing a floor Feeling tired of not doing any work The fever always seems to come on but it is cold Sugar Test I have no sugar Not even having done the third test

hello, its a very apt description of your symptoms,and from above history i can infer that you may be suffering from obesity , gastric and chest discomfort which you may perceive as breathlessness can be cardiac or respiratory induced.

Hi You seem to be having what we call a pleuritic chest pain. This can occur when the pleural surface is irritated. Most commonly this occurs due to infection in the lung or around the lung. It is highly advisable that you get a chest X-ray & then we proceed to step 2.
