Asked for Female, 30 Years

Am having 6 month baby .. i usually give direct breast milk and also pumped milk... for the past 10 days i didn't do pumping and i was giving directly . but suddenly i pumped yesterday i got only 20 ml after a long hours pumping .. please tell how to increase milk while pumping.

You can take perinorm tablet.. Increase your intake of milk, atleast thrice a day.. Your baby is 6 mnth old you can give him top feed and your milk.. No need of expressing it
