Iam 24 year old unmarried female having left breast pain from 8 months. Had 2 ultrasounds and the report came as 7*8 MM hypoechoic lesion with increases adjacent fat echogenicity and 7*3 MM small oval shaped hypoechoic area ( inflammed intra mammary lymphnode) and focal mastitis in left breast and iam getting pain every day. Doctor has suggested to take amoxycilin and Evion tablets. Still no change in pain and report. Should I worry about it?

Hi... You should start wearing a supportive brassiere like a sports bra. Start taking paracetamol 650 mg three times along with evion. If you don't have relief after one week please get back to me.
There is a need for more clinical history. some females of this age may have breast pain due to some hormonal effects especially pain increased during menstruation. This is called Fibroadenosis.
