You have to consult doctor to rule out infection as while lactating this may turn into abscess easily. Otherwise you have to feed on alternate breast. And if some milk remain you can drain remains milk by hand or breast pump. This should happen after each feeding. If collecting vessels are clean you can also feed this milk to baby. You can take paracetamol tab if pain is there or cold foamntation.
