Breast feeding
My kid is 1.6 years old. I was planning to breast feed till 2 years. But from last 1 month it is getting pretty bad. She is waking up 6-7 times at night and demanding feed. Can they be hungry or is it just addiction? Is it better to stop now? If yes how?

Better gradually u stop Brest feed , it’s kind of habit ur child has developed , nutritionally breast milk at this point (1.6 yrs age) has no such great impact on child growth
Next Steps
Feed ur child home based diet , feed at night time may be with other milk like cow milk ( pesturised)

Please give proper solid food to the child before going to bed She will not get up frequently if her tummy is full Try reducing breast feeding from now on

Make sure your child is adequately fed with solids before going to bed. Breastfeeding for 1.6 years is good enough.you should try to wean it off.
