Asked for Female, 30 Years

My baby sleeps when i latch him to breast immediately after 2 min. Between sucking and sleeping he takes more than one hour. He eats Entire formula milk too after that. So now i startee pumping manually i get 30 ml in 10 min sometimes. Or 50 ml in ,30 min So whats problem. Reason for giving formula milk is breast milk started day 3 in drops. Ut was less untill 10 days or so. M i having low milk supply?? Or baby not ready to suck?? What solution??
