I think you have sore nipples. Some tips here
While feeding
1.sit straight and feed
2.make baby to suck nipple and surrounding areola too
3.sholud deed from both sides
4.after feeding apply breast milk or salt free buttor over sore nipple and let be dry before next feed

If there is any crack or sore nipples then apply your hind or last thick milk over nipple.
Attachment of baby should be proper.

Check for any nipple cracks. If baby suck on only nipple and not on areola, it can lead to sore nipple.
