The symptoms as mentioned by you suggest breast abscess. It should not be treated by online consultation.
Next Steps
Please consult your Gynaecologist who has looked after you during your pregnancy and delivery. The treatment can be anything from pain killers to drainage of abscess. Not for tele-consultation.

If no ,let her take cotton on that pour oxytocin injection and inhale from that cotton from both nostrils to let out milk
Hi
Cn feed the baby .
Do alternate hot n cold fomentation breast n then express milk .
U cn feed the expressed milk .
U cn use cabbage leaves, keep them.in freezer , then put them.on breast for cold fomentation.
She can feed the baby if she is able to do so but if it's very painful then she should express out all the milk with the help of a breast pump.
Consult a gynecologist as soon as possible, it might convert into an abscess.
