27 f I have got all symptoms of breast cancer but was not aware of it 1)Swelling near underarm since many years 2)upper middle back pain neck pain since 6 months 3)shoulder pain since 1 month 4)breast burning sensation and pain since 1 month 5)severe fatigue since 6 months I don’t feel any lump Pain is tooo severe I want to die Used many pain killers but didn’t cure I am going to die due to breast cancer but all doctors say it’s muscle pain but it’s not related to my muscles I visited general physician neurosurgeon Whom should I visit to confirm my breast cancer now iam dying with this shoulder and left hand pain and upper back pain plz help me I beg u all
