Right side breast cancer 5*5 size. Doctors said surgery. Have any other opinion? We are tested blood , mamogram ,scanning pathology test. I think biopsy

Breast cancer should be treated by multidisciplinary team of surgeon,Radiation oncology and medical oncologists. Biopsy is important to confirm diagnosis and systemic therapy can be started to have breast preserving Surgery. Surgery is required for cure of disease. Based upon surgical findings, complete treatment can be contempted

Needs surgery...
If breast conservation is not pissible now u can opt for neoadjuvant chemotherapy and then for surgery...
Adjuvant therapy with chemo and or radiation based on final HPE report
