Breakfast options for my toddler
My baby is 22 months old now. What can I give him for the breakfast? Please suggest me some easily cooked and healthy breakfast options for him. Thanks.

You can boil rice, dal and vegetables and give with ghee. Soft Fruits, boiled and mashed vegetables, ragi porridge and similar foods

Hi You can give him well mashed sweet potato kheer, normal milk based kheer with rice mashed,  khichdi, dal soups , dal rice that are smooth and soft to eat, smoothies and banana almond milk shake, ragi malt home based, sun dried sprouted whole wheat powder for making gruel to make a thin liquid food boiled in milk or water.., curd rice etc..are all can be used.. Hello😊, In this age ,children grow faster and also become reluctant for healthy food and like tasty foods. Some of the better options for breakfasts are- - Daal chawal & Khichdi ( Moong Daal is fine) - Mix veg soups /Daliya - Oats with milk - Normal poha and halwai
