Braces pain
I just got braces in the upper teeth as off now.. & its a little sore and painful but bearable But Im having pain in the lower teeth now.. I havent got braces in the lower teeth but yet they are paining.

It might be referred pain. Cold drinks and ice cream can reduce your pain for 1st two days after appointments. But dont have them too often. Try to avoid pain killers since they restrict tooth movements

Get your teeth clean once and there is pressure applied during braces and because of that you will feel tightness and difficult to bear with the situation... Take painkiller such as tab keterol-dt.... Then you will be fine.. . Show to your doc if there is any cavity or infection... Get an x-ray done... Thank you..

Tooth pain while ortho treatment is common . Still u consult  ur orthodontist  for any doubts .
