Both are effected. In  Braces wires and bracket are use to align the tooth. In aligners they are plastic form of braces. Aligners are more esthetical as compared to conventional braces. But in aligners you must be very careful to wear them properly as guided by doctor. Aligners are expensive as compared to braces. You can go for any one of them.

Hello. Braces and aligners have the same function and same results. However, aligners are transparent (invisible), hence more esthetic, more comfortable. Aligners take less time duration to achieve orthodontically pleasant and well aligned teeth, whereas braces take comparatively more time. You do not need to visit the dental clinic every month for aligners, but for braces, routine visit to the dentist every month is a must. However, aligners comparatively cost more than braces.

Hi... Braces and aligners both have the same results. So it is your call if you want to go with braces or aligners...its just that some people are more comfortable with aligners these days as it aesthetically looks better than the braces and sometimes the cost of good aligners will be a lot more than your braces. Also if you think you won’t be wearing the aligners diligently or if your are forgetful then you should go for the braces as it would be there permanently. Both of them will take equal time to close the gap.
