Pain is expected till initial healing is finished.. depending on the individual it takes 3 to 7 days. I would not recommend taking analgesic more than thrice a day. Maybe you need a change of medication. Please visit your dentist for a change.
Next Steps
change analgesic
Health Tips
Keep area clean. Pain is also possible if food gets stuck in the socket.

Hi,donot worry, but remember that if you apply 2 medicines that I tell you now,you shall really benefit, mix together two equal quantities of mucopain and hexigel ointment thrice daily in the place where the teeth have been extracted and keep it for about 10 minutes before rinsing with water,do this for about 4 to 5 days.I do agree that pain stays for some days after extraction but at the same time donot hesitate to ask your doctor if the teeth have been extracted in toto,no piece left behind. Also do warm salt regard rinses 4 to 5 times daily.

Pain after extraction will be present upto 3 days and can extend to 1 week. However, intensity of pain will reduce as days progress. Mentioning that now its your 4th day after extraction, the pain should be less compared to previous days, if so then its normal and your pain will subside in another 2 more days. However, if the intensity of pain is the same from the day of extraction or if pain is increasing, kindly visit your dentist at the earliest.
Next Steps
you can continue the analgesic you take for next 2 days.
Health Tips
Additional warm salt water rinses 3 to 4 times a day can be helpful.

Wait for a week. It may pain sometimes. Or there might be dry socket if you have accidentally dislodged the blood clot. If there is dry socket...it will need more than a month to heal. Visit dentist for clinical examination.

better to visit your dentist once so we can rule out whether it is a dry socket or else no. maintenance after extraction is quite more important as you have braces also, so better you use mouth wash.
Health Tips
use lukewarm water with salt gargling

Hello, this is Dr Enosh Steward here Maxillofacial and facial plastic surgeon So what i felt from your complain is that you have not at all doing anything to the area where you got the teeth removed from. Now the thing is, when the extractiom is done, we ask patient not to spit or suck using a straw for a day or 2 but since the third day onwards, the patient can start using mouthwash. Thing is if you dont maintain the cleanliness, there would be a lot of food debris accumulation around the socket region making it painful
Next Steps
after extraction, for the first two days, have cold soft diet and can go for cold external application. since day 3, start with warm food and warmth application if you feel the swelling is still there. avoid citric acid fruits for 1 week.  as it is an ortho extraction i believe it was safely and atraumatically done. if the blood clot is lose in the first 2 days of extraction, it can lead to something called dry socket or localized alveolitis which can give severe pain thats y avoid spitting for a day or 2 if dry socket occurs, consult your doc who would give you sedative dressing
Health Tips
avoid brufen as if can cause bronchospasm
