According to her age having 125-130 systolic BP under maintenance with Telmisartan seems to be fine
But can u please let me how much is diastolic
If it is also normal then it is perfect to take Telmisartan 40mg twice a day
Next Steps
Keep Monitoring BP, If swelling of legs persists please go for RFT once
