Respected sir everyday im doing 1 hours brisk walking and jogging and maintaining a healthy diet ...everyday in morning im taking a 2 garlic clove with a hot luke water and go it for a jogging after coming it from jogging I eat 2 caroot with a beetroot and after sometime I take toned milk with a oats with adding little honey and adding apple .3 alomnds and 3 pistachio and after eating breakfast I take green tea .and in lunch I take 4 roti with a boils vegetables. With adding a little salt and little amount of brown rice . and in evening im going zym doing 1 hours workouts and also I do brisk walking 20 minutes after coming from zym and in evening after coming from. Zym to home I take green tea 1 cup ...and in night take 4 roti with little brown rice and boil vegetables with little salt and plz want to add some more things plz tell me which olive is good for making food and good for heart and all health plz check
