In a mercury bp machine in a medical store I check my bp label shows it was 130/80 is it normal or not and after coming in my home in a digital bp mechaine I check it showing this plz check is it normal or not ...im losing my weight ..doing dash diet my past weight is 108 kg now after doing runinng. Brush walking. Zyming and dieting i lose my weight 8kg now im 97 kg my aim is to make my weight 80 kg ..mostly I do running every morning.brisk walking jogging burning my calories 450 and comliting it 11000 steps is my 1 days goal 1 hours morning jogging .brisk walking everyday and in breakfast I take 1 plate full fruits ...like apple1 1. Orange 1 mosambi and 1 pomogranate and 3 carrorts and 1 beetroot sir is my morning diet is ok na and I take green tea after bf and lunch I take multigrain ashirvad atta chapati 3 only with a boil vegetables with adding a pinch of salt himalayan rock salt and evening I do exercise zym 1 hours nd drink greentea in evening

Actually checking bp in mercury bp apparatus is accurate...in digital it may show variation..but no need to worry wt u got is normal in both for ur age and weight..

Continue your routine exercises and diet.
Drink atleast 3L of water every day
Try using iodised salt than Himalayan rock salt.
