Could be having white coat hypertension ,where a rise in blood pressure is noticed during a visit to the hospital.Anxiety has a role in it However you cannot ignore the BP above 145/95.An ambulatory BP monitoring for 24 hours will give you a clear picture.Do consult with a cardiologist in your area.
