I am mother of 2 year old baby.recently she stopped breastfeeding .and nowadays I m feeling Tired and lazy .sometimes feel dizziness .My bp is 90/60 .I am really worried .is this very low bp?? Will it create major problem .How to increase bp plzz guide.I also have anxity problem.Thank you so much

Your BP is low. But it should be managed by home treatment by taking lots of fluids, especially Lime juice or chhachh and fruit juice (all with a dash of salt) . Your BP will improve by these measures.
Get CBC , Thyroid , Serum Electrolytes. Drink simple water at least 9-10 glasses. Drink daily lemon water and increase some salt intake in form of Salt water 1 glass daily and Salat in Salads.
According to your sign and symptom you have blood pressure problem with Anxiety and you want to know that how it increase.
