Lumps in breast for breastfeeding mother

Hi I am a breastfeeding mother having 1.5 year old female baby. From 2 days I am experiencing painful lumps in my breasts. When I breastfeed lump will reduce. This happens when I eat mutton. Pls suggest some medicine to reduce these lumps

Express breast milk/use pumps to drain extra milk. These lumps can get infected. Better start with antibiotics and pain killer along with breast milk expression.
