I am 35 days postpartum csection. There is one small white pimple like thing on my nipple (milk bleb) which pains during breastfeeding.. pls advice..

Before brest feeding soak a soft handkerchief in hot to warm water n compress, than gently masage, it is compressed throw some milk first than feed the baby. Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food three to five days.
