BP controlled remedies
My BP was 133/76  three months ago but now it has become 144/83 in just 3.5 months. How should i control and descrese my bp to the normal?

Hello. Bp is not that high so that you need to start controlling it. Do regular exercises, pranayam, avoid junk foods, processed foods, excess salt intake and have regular minimum 8 hours sleep. Avoid stress.
