Bp and sugar
My mother sugar was 175 on empty stomach when 25-100 was normal. Her bp was 140/100. This was 2 days back. Since then she is being kept on low sodium diet. She ate only daliya for one day. And today I gave her Malka daal boiled with only 1tsp salt for 700gm malka daal. And roti which had besan and aata mix. Along with it, egg white only with a little black pepper and salt. Is this diet fine? Will this diet reduce her bp to normal level?

Her blood sugar is high, kindly get Hba1c, Fbs and PPBS done. Bp is at little higher range can be controlled by diet. Use low sodium salt. Have  fiber rich diet. Avoid pickel, namkeen. Monitor bp for 3 consecutive days ,if the values comes higher than 140/90 in all 3 days, she should be started on medication
