I had punched a wall on tuesday at an approximate angle of 45 degrees. I can see an elevation of my pinky finger knuckle & it has moved closer to ring fingers knuckle.

Hi,
You could have a boxers fracture. Fracture of the little finger near the knuckle. It will need an x-ray and if the fracture is displayed it will need surgical fixation.
