  4. Bowel issues. Any ideas?

Bowel issues
So for the past 8 months to a year I have been having bowel issues. After a bowel movement I wipe clean with water. 20 mins later I go back and wipe again and there is fecal matter on the paper. This continues throughout the day. My diet is a high fibre one and I'm a non smoker and moderate drinker. Any ideas?

Looks like colitis. Consult a surgeon for antibiotic course
