My son is 2 years and 7 month old. He has bow legs. How this can be treated?? Why this happened?? How it can be cured ??

Bow legs is normal in a toddler. Kindly do a vitamin d and serum calcium. If it is pathological, it might be due to calcium deficiency in diet and low levels of vitamin d in blood
