From last 2 days I had light right testicle pain and right foot like buring sensation.but now it has spreaded to bottom of the testicle ( light inflammation feeling) no swelling ,no lumps nothing on the testicles. it seems normal ,but I feel burning sensation in bottom of the testicles to till the both foot . When I'm walking and when im doing physical work I don't sense this burning sensation but when I sit. It starts feeling inflammation??? Pls help me out with Is this because of masterbation??? Max I used to masterbate once every day or atleast every today's once. But it all started with right testicle pain( light pain on and off)
