Borderline TSH and pregnancy
My TSH level is 4.1 , am planning for pregnancy, can I plan for pregnancy with this level of TSH (4.1) ? TSH-   4.13 T3 -     125 T4-      8.65 FT3-    2.74 FT4-    1.36

Your TSH level is in normal range . But periconceptionally itshould be around 3_3.5 . So, may need treatment after some more investigations related to thyroid antibodies

TSH should be less than 2.5 when planning pregnancy.
