Yes repeat again after 4-6 weeks. Untill then Excercise daily •Stay Hydrated, Drink plenty of fluids. •Avoid beverages like tea , coffee, drinks etc •Avoid spicy and oily food and outside food •Take more green leafy vegetables and fruits.
