Bones and joint problems
Severe pain in buttocks n legs (calf muscles) in between the bones n muscles. Difficulty in climbing stairs. When the pain is in peak the legs are hard to move as per whish. The legs don't bear the weight of the body. Problem in standing up.

It could be lumbosacral strain. Consult an Orthopaedician
