I have almost regular pain in different parts of body ... Sometimes in bones sometimes in joints. I recently got some medical tests done where my vitamin D level was 11.14ng/ml. Vitamin B12 is 226 pg/ml. What does this infer? Also, what should i do to boost vit. d level.?

To boost ur vitamine D start taking sachets for it after consulting to the doctor. Start some exercises like walking n stretching of body. Improve ur diet. Also increase intake of water.
