Bone fracture
My father age is 70+
His right arm is fracture, just above the elbow.
He required operation any other option is there. Today he consultant with a doctor in village, he suggest to keep bandge for a month, but he is not keeping the bandage regularly.
Please suggest if there any other option.

Yes, he requires surgery if the fracture is complete. Native treatment with bandages from a quack is limb threatening.
