From your description, this most likely sounds like a recurrent boil (furuncle) or infected hair follicle (folliculitis) in the inner thigh area. This commonly happens due to friction, sweating, bacterial infection, or ingrown hair. The boil becoming painful and then releasing pus mixed with blood when it bursts is typical of this condition. Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • Wear loose cotton underwear and clothing to reduce friction. • Maintain proper hygiene and avoid excessive sweating in the area. • If the boil becomes very large, extremely painful, associated with fever, or keeps coming back frequently, you should consult a doctor for proper treatment. You can consult with me online through ptacto for detailed evaluation and treatment.
