My wife is running of 14th week pregnancy, 148cm and weight is 49.6kgs, during this periods nothing to increasing any weight, she might be loss also 1kg, before pregnancy she is 51kgs.

It is absolutely ok not to gain weight in early trimester of pregnancy.if she is having nausea and vomiting and then she might lose weight a bit .but if she loses 5% of body weight then she needs to be checked for keypads and dehydration

Hello dear user as in first 3 months there are many issues regarding diet,vomiting,lack of sleep so weight genrally not increased.dont worry now give her proteins and fruits and frequent diet..
Till 12 weeks due to nausea vomiting weight doesn't increase, after that u have to give her three major and 2 minor meal
Protein powder with milk
Fruits and limited dry fruits
