Hello Sir ... Yes your BMI seems to be on a higher side ... A holistic approach and a lifestyle change is a good idea to get a desired weight loss and BMI markers will also come on track .. My suggestion would be never go on crash diet schedule include all the food groups in desired proportion avoid oily and fried food ., Include milk and milk products fruits and vegetables ... Refined flour should be avoided .... First thing you should do is detoxify your liver so that your digestion is better , start with drinking raw vegetable juice not fruits juices, also if you drink alcohol you should limit and avoid binging on it, eat light food, avoid deep fried stuff , make sure your diet has enough of protein and fibre in the form of salads and 1-2 fruits.
