  4. Blue line down tongue. Fatigued all day.

I’ve had a faint blue line in the centre of my tongue for the past 8 hours or so. It’s not going away and I haven’t eaten anything that could cause the colouring. I’ve been very fatigued all day.

Most probably it is the superficial vein ( blood vessel ) that you have seen. It is a normal finding and is present in everyone, more prominent in Some as compared to others. Nothing will happen, Relax. If any pain or burning occurs, show it to a dentist nearby.
