80 year old man. How dangerous is his condition? He has psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. He is currently under no medication. He looks fit and fine. Goes out for walks daily. Walks fine. Eating habits are also good. According to him he is absolutely fine and feels no abnormality except shortness of breaths occassionally. No chest pain nothing at all. He refuses any treatment and tests because he feels no uneasiness. Should he be hospitalized? Why is the blood pressure so high when everything else seems normal. No normal symptoms of high blood pressure is there except shortness of breath occasionally. Please help.
