Reports are practically normal,  except RBC is slightly high, triglycerides also slightly high. Drink more water. Take fat free diet, low in sugary diet. Do regular physical exercise. Repeat tests after 6 to 8 weeks.

RBC count of 5.47 is just slightly above normal and can be normal in some individuals, especially if you're otherwise healthy and other blood parameters are normal. If it's consistently high in multiple reports, and you're experiencing no symptoms like fatigue, headaches, or breathlessness, it's usually not a cause for concern. Stay hydrated and avoid smoking (if applicable). Your triglyceride is borderline high for that you can adapt healthy lifestyle like walking, exercise and avoid fried and fatty foods. Stay healthy!
