Blood test report
I got a blood test done, and most of the results are normal. However, a few values are slightly lower compared to my blood test report from a year ago.
Haemoglobin was 14.2 and now its 12.5
My iron serum was 112 previously but now its 56
Vit. D was 23.80 and now its 17.30
B12 was 235 and now its 213
Please suggest medication for this and also vegetarian food options for the above.
