I'm currently 4 months pregnant and having severe constipation like last stage of constipation .I forcefully pooped today and I saw blood string in the poop is it bcoz of constipation or colon cancer .pls explain

Some people do have changes in bowel habits during pregnancy.
Blood in stool could have been because of force that u gave
Keep a check on ur water intake and keep urself well hydrated.
Eat less spicy food and other things that cause constipation for u .
If at all u don't pass stool then take help of stool thinners.
