Respected sir I just check mine bp ..label it showing this plz check and ny doctor has prescribe me stamelo 5 mg medicine sir I just started taken from. Today morning sir I have a litle infection in my eye lids it became litle swelling . I just went it to a eye opthologist they have given me some medicine combiflam tablets tell me to take 3 time in a day for 3 days .has given   ocuplx ointment and given me an eye drops and tell me to do a hot water compress 3 times sir my question is that after taking stamelo medicine can I take combiflam.tablets 3 times in a days for 3 days it will not rased my bp. Level na and can I do brisk walking and along with exercise in a zym ...through a dash  diet and low sodium salt intake it can reduce it ...in present im. Taking only boil vegetables ...with a pinch of low salt intake and brown rice and muselli nuts and roti carrot and beetroot salad im sharing u plz check guide me it is my present blood presure after coming iy from zym after 20 min I check

You are only 26 years old. I don't know how many readings of BP were taken before you were put on Stamlo. I suggest you buy a BP instrument and record your BP at home atleast 3-4 times a day, one reading should be in the morning on getting up from bed. Then we decide if you have high BP or not. Regarding the medicine you are taking for eye problems, they should continue and even your treatment for BP should continue. Regarding your going to Gym and brisk walk, please share your BP record for atleast 5 days. Then we can decide.

Keep monitoring your BP every alternate day. Do brisk walking everyday Take low Na diet. Avoid junk and packed foods. And no smoking , tobacco or alcohol.

Yes u hv to continue ur BP medicine N the medicines prescribed by ur eye doctor.they will not raise ur BP. Be regular with ur BP medicines as ur BP is still high so visit ur doctor after a week or 10 days of regular intake of BP medicines.
