Blood pressure since last dew months
My age is 31. I had a anxiety issue 2 months ago and my bp was 130/90. Doctor prescribed me prolomet 25. 2 Months after iam good but prolomet is still on Yesterday bp was 80/120. Today morning it was 80/130. I want to reduce prolomaet dose or stop it. Iam going on right track?. How do i arrive when should i decrease the medicine or stop

Hi dear 130/90 is not high enough that u start bo medicine but yes if u have anxiety issues so in that case we need to work on ur anxiety rather than just bringing down ur Bp coz it's always a good idea to treat the root cause of any issue So if u want u can consult with me on practo and we can work on ur anxiety and also gradually try to reduce ur bp medicine hopefully u will be off medications
